Luke is a British-Canadian, London and Yorkshire based freelance food writer, food stylist + assistant, recipe tester & development chef, trained at Leiths School of Food and Wine.
Luke is also an analogue photographer and has been published by Vittles Magazine, writing about the history of wheat cultivation in Western Canada, its ties to colonialism and its relationship to indigenous sovereignty and food security.
